It will be difficult to say because firstly we don't know the exact rank .
It also depend upon the number of candidates Apply for the cse.
And there is one more chance still remaining and rank can differs a lot.
So to be in better position you should try to score more in next attempt . atleast 220 marks . But according to last year cut offs you are near border line.

Delhi Technological University (DTU) offers admission in B.Tech programmes to candidates who have completed three years diploma. Admissions are offered in various disciplined of Engineering and Technology.
B.Tech Lateral Entry
Candidates who have completed three years diploma (regular) can apply for admission to the B.Tech Degree in Englineering in DTU through Lateral Entry admission.
Through Lateral Entry scheme candidates are admitted directly to the third semester or the second year of regular B.Tech Programme. Seats are provided against the vacant seats.
According to the Brochure on the official website of DTU, seat matrix for admission to B.Tech Programme (lateral entry) 2018-19 is provided for the following Engineering disciplines-
Biotechnology
Electrical Engineering
Environmental Engineering
Engineering Physics
Polymer and Chemical Technology
Production and Industrial Engineering
For admission to DTU, seats are available for Delhi Region candidates and Outside Delhi Region candidates.
Candidates who have cleared Diploma (qualifying examination) from any recognized institute/college/University which is located within National Capital Territory of Delhi will be considered for Delhi Region and
Candidates who have cleared Diploma (qualifying examination) from any recognized institute/college/university which is located outside National Capital Territory of Delhi will be considered only for Outside Delhi Region.
Eligibility Criteria
For admission to B.Tech programme through Lateral Entry candidate should have completed Diploma in any Engineering branch through regular mode from any recognized institute. Diploma should be awareded by any State Board of Technical Education/ Diploma recognized by AICTE, Delhi.
Any work experience is not required to apply for admission to the course.
Also, candidates belonging to the general category are required to have secured atleast 60 percent marks in the qualifying examination (diploma) or equivalent CGPA.
In case of CGPA, it would be converted to the percentage according to the conversion formula as provided by the University/institute.
Relaxation in essential qualification is also provided to candidates belonging to the reserved categories.
SC,ST and persons with disability are given relaxation of 10% and 5% relaxation in the essential qualification is given to candidates belonging to the ONC NCL category.
Admission procedure
Admission to B.Tech Programme (lateral entry) is done on the basis of Common Entrance Exam (CEE) conucted by the University. Candidates seeking admission in any branch can apply for admission to the engineering branch of his/her choice from the available seats.
Candidate having diploma in any branch may seek admission in any branch.
About the entrance exam
Mode of Common Entrance Exam will be written test. The written test consist of 90 questions in Multiple Choice Questions format.
Marking Scheme- For every correct answer, four marks are awarded and for every incorrect answer one mark in deducted.
Duration of the exam is two hours.
Syllabus of Common Entrance Examination
Number and operations: Operations, ratio and proportion, complex numbers, counting, elementary number theory, matrices, and sequences;
Algebra and functions: Expressions, equations, inequalities, representation and modeling,
properties of functions (linear, polynomial, rational, exponential);
Geometry and measurement: Plane Euclidean coordinate lines, parabolas, circles, symmetry, transformations, three dimensional solids, surface area and volume (cylinders, cones, pyramids, spheres, prisms), trigonometry right triangles, identities;
Data analysis, statistics and probability: Mean, median, mode, range interquartile range, graphs and plots, least squares regression (linear), probability;
General aptitude and reasoning: series completion, blood relation, direction sense, number, ranking and time sequence, mathematical operation, arithmetical reasoning, inserting the missing character.
Important Dates
Registration for admission will start tentatively in June.
Admit card will be available tentatively in July.
Examination will be held tentatively in July.

The cutoff marks will vary from the NIT to DTU and also NSIT and other government
So according to your category i can tell that if you score above 120 marks then your safest to get these college for sure i can guess as of now cutoff i have observed so please get as more as the marks in the JEE because the competation is more

The Delhi Technology University is among the top universities in India.If you are not able to get yourself enrolled in any of the IIMs,DTU is the next best choice you should go for.However,the admission process for DTU is very difficult specially the selection part is rigorous.You must get yourself prepared properly for Group discussion and personal interview to get a chance over there.DTU gives a lively atmosphere with a great insfrastructure and provides a good faculty system.The fee structure is less comparatively.
As far as placement is concerned,DTU is a well known university and thus gets a good number of placements from good companies like Infosys,Wipro,Ernest and Young etc.The average package is around 5 Lakhs per annum for MBA.
