ALL THE BEST! WORK HARD !!
Hello Aspirant! With this rank, it would be quite difficult for you to get admission in DTU or IIITD with CSE branch. These are top tier colleges and take candidates with a rank below 15000. Also, if you're not from home state it's more difficult. However, you can try participating till the 5th or special rounds conducted further as there may be variations in the rank. You may get a lower branch in any of the colleges under JAC Delhi counselling but not CSE or ECE.
You can also use this link to predict your college:

Hi,
Following are closing rank of DTU NSUT in 2020:
Following are the CRL rank . You haven't mentioned your CRL rank, so with 19438 OBC Rank, your CRL rank could be around 70,000+. There are various sub quota also available in DTU Councelling. Assuming you don't have any sub quota. With your rank it seems difficult to get CS Branch in DTU-NSUT. You could get branches like Bio Technology or Mechanical if closing rank remains similar or bit lower this year.
In order to know what other colleges you could get with your JEE Rank, you should use this tool: https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
I hope this will answer your query.
Thanks!!!!

Hello,
Based on the previous year cut off in JAC Round 9 counselling you have chances of getting seat in the following branches in the preferred institutes under OBC-NCL (outside Delhi)
DTU
NSUT
Considering the previous year cut off you do not have chances to get seat in IIIT, Delhi. Also you do not have chances to get seat in core branches in DTU. The cut off changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
To check the previous year cut off click on the link given below

Dear Aspirant ,
Yes. According to your JEE MAIN rank and caste category, you have high chances to get admission in DTU and NSUT , but in NSUT .. you can easily may get your desired branch( i.e. CS/IT ) whereas in DTU .. you can get admission with the following branches in B.Tech listed below as per previous year cut off trends :(Under Home state quota and after assuming your rank as All India Rank)
But, you should know that DTU/NSUT accepts only All India rank/Common rank list ( for home state or outside home state) for admission .
Well, you need to remember that every year's cutoff of JEE MAIN depends on some following factors :

Hello Aspirant! If you are interested in research, innovation, and higher studies, IIIT Delhi is definitely a better choice among the three. But if you are interested in placement, infrastructure, and college life, should prefer NSIT or DTU for an engineering degree.
In IIIT Delhi, every company visiting the campus for placement allows CSE, CSAM, and ECE branches and almost 75% of them allow CSD, CSB, and CSSS. Although there is a downfall in placement percentage at DTU and NSIT due to the COVID pandemic, they are still in a better position than IIIT Delhi. DTU and NSIT are known for their great placement opportunities (NSIT slightly over DTU). Its not that placements are low at IIITD but less as compared to the other two (DTU and NSIT). So, at last if you're interested in research, and want a good depth knowledge in your subject then go for IIIT Delhi or else DTU is far better than any other college.
Hope this helps.
the infrastructure is well-developed and modern, providing a comfortable and productive environment for learning. The campus is spacious, clean, and green, offering a pleasant atmosphere for both academic and extracurricular activities. Classrooms are well-ventilated and equipped with modern teaching aids such as projectors, whiteboards, and audio systems. Laboratories are up-to-date and maintained regularly, giving students hands-on experience with the latest equipment and technology.
The building of this college is very well built .. Classrooms should be well built with necessary technology like projector . Our college provideds alots and very kind of facility .. Hostels are also built in very well mannered.
Delhi Technological University (DTU), one of India’s premier engineering institutions, is widely appreciated for its excellent infrastructure and vibrant campus environment. Spanning over 165 acres in Rohini, Delhi, the DTU campus offers a blend of modern architecture and natural greenery, providing an ideal atmosphere for academic and personal growth. The university’s infrastructure includes state-of-the-art classrooms equipped with smart boards, projectors, and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable learning environment. Each department has its own dedicated block with specialized labs that house advanced equipment and research tools, rivaling those found in top-tier institutions like IITs. Students often praise the hands-on exposure and practical learning experience made possible through these well-maintained facilities.
