Hi
It is very difficult to predict the actual jee mains rank from your percentile as it varies every year based on different factors like how many candidates appeared on your session and also how tough the paper was along with how many seats are available in different universities and performance of candidates appeared. Based on previous few years trends and cutoff your predicted rank should be around 78771 to 88550 general rank. And your category rank should be around 26257 to 29517. This is not an official rank but a predicted one

150 in JEE mains will land you about 98 percentile as a score. This is an exceptionally good score but however not enough to land a seat in DTU or NSIT. since youre a non-delhite, this is case.
However you can land other NITs with ease so please wait for counselling results and i hope and wish you the very best!
