   HIET is Hindustan Institute of Engineering Technology, St. Thomas Mount, Chennai. Whereas, Hindustan University Padpur is Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science (HITS), Padpur chennai.

Both are different institute, so apply accordingly.

This college considered in top 10 institute for aeronautical engineering. So go for it and the placement in this college are very much impressive. If you do BE in aeroscope  from this college  it should be much more better.

Basically all college are good rather you there as ain very excellent way and if you want to get placed you can do It from any college.  And surely you get your job.

Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science is  a good University and it has been rated AAAA by Careers360 for the Engineering courses. Admission to Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering is done on the basis of Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science entrance test (HITSEEE).

Eligibility Criteria for admission is you should have completes 10+2 with a minimum of 50 percent aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from any recognized University (or equivalent)

Secondyear : 1,98,000₹

Third year : 1,98,000₹

Fourth year : 1,98,000₹

And for Anna University, this course is not available sorry.

Per year fee for B. Tech. in HU is around 2,00,00.

To be precise, 

1sr year fee 2,23,500

2nd year fee 1,97,000

3rd year fee 1,97,000

4th year fee 1,97,000

Per year hostel fee starts from 90,000 and goes up to 2,00,000 per year.
