Dear Aspirant,
Selection in IISC Bangalore are made through JEE Advanced and not JEE main. You have to clear the JEE main cutoff and then give the JEE advanced exam to get in to IISC bangalore btech courses.
General students closing rank for IISc is about 300. That is equal to approx 250-270 makrs out of 370 in JEE advanced 2019.
Hope this helps. Thank you.

Dear Aspirant,
NASA do not recruit outside US Citizens so to get into NASA you must first be a US Citizen, you can be a US Citizen if you have worked in USA at a key position and prove yourself to be a worthy of citizenship.
Then you can apply for the role which matches you skill set. But you have to start small, at least for the early years to get the US Citizenship.
Hope this helps. Thank you.
Hello Aspirant,
There are two types of cut off's. Qualifying cut off and admission cut off. Admission cut off's are announced by the particular University. Regarding IISC Bangalore, it is the first choice for most of the candidates giving JEE Advanced. And also remember that the seats are limited in any Institute. They can't give admission to all the students. Just qualifying JEE Advanced is not enough. You have to be in the top rank holders of JEE Advanced to get a seat in IISC Bangalore.
All the best~
Hello Aspirant,
IISC Bangalore accepts candidates for BS course through JEE Advanced. A candidate needs to firstly give JEE Main. And only JEE Main qualified candidates are allowed to give JEE Advanced examination. IISC Bangalore accepts JEE Advanced for admission.

The good part is that they allow us to borrow for many days, and the penalty is less for late submissions. Every odd semester, we have a fest. The hostel is not very good, and the food is not good.
