hello aspirant,
With the above mentioned JEE mains rank in general category, you have very difficult chances of getting admission seat in NIT even with the Home state Quota in MNNIT Allahabad. This is because the Previous year Cutoff for Home state general category student in NIT was within 25K for general category. So, difficult chances of getting NIT.
But you can get good IIIT's, not in CSE branch, rather in other branch like ECE or IT. The cutoff for most decent IIIT's, according to the previous year JEE mains cutoff, was within 35K-38K (for decent and low IIIT's). So you can have good chances of getting decent and low IIIT's.
Further, to know more about the JEE mains Cutoff, you can follow the below mentioned link : https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff

Hey!
What you take should solely depend on your interests and goals. All the options you have mentioned are excellent. However if you’re looking for the best place with regard to discipline, academics and the best placement then according to the research you should definitely go for IIIT Lucknow.
The fees, courses, campus, academics, extracurriculars, placements, etc are all excellent there.
Feel free to ask more questions and queries.

Dear Rahul,
A domicile certificate is required while applying for Government services. It is essential for purchasing any property like a plot of land or house in Uttar Pradesh. A domicile certificate helps obtain the benefits of various Government schemes.
For example, the students of Uttar Pradesh can avail of UP government scholarships through its SAKSHAM portal.
Hope this was helpful.
Hello,
As you have secured 78 percentile in jee mains so let me tell you that it is possible for you to get the lower branches in a bit lower NITs like Jamshedpur, durgapur Silchar, Hamirpur, Patna, Goa, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Srinagar, Agartala, Mizoram.
However various factors are considered like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
If you want to check out the colleges you can get, you can check out the link given below -

Hello Aspirant,
On such OBC rank you have no chances to get any of the NITs or IIITs or GFTIs under Other state quota for any of the branches as the OBC rank closes around 20-22k for GFTIs and around 12-17k for NITs. You can get an idea from previous year's closing ranks available on the official website :-
https://josaa.admissions.nic.in/Counseling/seatallotmentresult/currentorcr.aspx
