I would like to request you to kindly mention the general rank in the comment box because on the basis of that i would be able to predict accurately .

As far as your obc rank is concerned you would easily get chemical engineering at SVNIT Surat as the cut off for obc is around 26k.

However there are certain factors that govern the cut offs like choices filled by the candidates, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
