Unfortunately it is very difficult for you to get admission in one of the Indian Institute of Information Technologies in Computer Science and Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering with an EWS rank of 11,000.

You should always give yourself a second chance, so you should definitely give JEE Main a second time with more preparation and you'll definitely emerge victorious.

If your OBC rank is 15314 and your overall rank is 57699, then according to the past trends, the Indian Institute of Information Technologies that you might get admission in are:

IIIT Kalyani
IIIT Agartala
IIIT Sonipat
IIIT Bhagalpur
IIIT Una

How many marks should an sc student need to score to get seat in iiit

Hello Lakshman

JEE Main will be the only criteria being used IIIT admission.

You must obtain a score of 75 percent on your board test or be in the top 20 percentile to be eligible for IIITs. The minimum qualifying percentage for ST/SC is 65%.

You must have obtained an overall grade point average of at least 80% in your top five studies to get admitted to IIIT Delhi.

i need an clear informations about IIIT after 10th

Indian Institute of Information Technology or IIITs were opened by Government of India to provide better technical education in the field of IT to the students and they are Institutes of National Importance, thus they hold a very high value in the industry.

The admission to IIITs happen only on the basis of merit through Joint Entrance Examination Main, which happen two times in an year.

if my rank of ews category female is 20k then which colleges like nit Or iiit can i expect a seat ??

If you have a ranking of 20,000 in Economically Weaker Section and want to get an admit in Female quota then you can only get lower branches like mining engineering, mining safety engineering etc. in some remote NITs or IIITs like:

NIT Mizoram
NIT Nagaland
NIT Meghalaya
NIT Silchar

IIIT Bhagalpur
IIIT Una etc.

I am getting anna university cse branch...but at the same time i am getting ece from new IIITs like IIIT Una and IIIT bhagalpur...i am really confused what to choose.where should i go now. should i go for anna univ or for the brand IIIT...please assist me in this case.

Rather than going for Anna University, I would highly recommend you to go for well reputed national institutes like Indian Institute of Information Technology Una and IIIT Bhagalpur. A brief comparison of both are as follows:

Ranking: Both are new colleges and thus unranked, but Una is a better and more beautiful place than Bhagalpur.

Placements (ECE):
IIIT Una: Highest: 44 LPA, Average: 11.01LPA
IIIT Bhagalpur: 30 LPA (CSE), Average: 8.5 LPA (all)

i am a IIIT student i heard that bits take students on basis of the 12 th marks but i have not completed my puc course at..i have a sem incomplte can i apply for bits.?

See, BITS Pilani (All the campuses at Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad) only consider the admission of those people through the board marks scheme who have topped their respective boards exams.

For example if there are two persons, on is the 1st rank of CBSE board and the second is 2nd ranker in the same boards, then BITS will only offer the admission to the first person. If you are the topper of board, you can easily apply at BITS. All the best!

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure is just awesome with all the requirements. In the central library, all study materials are available for all semesters, and all books are available. Classrooms and labs are equipped with smart boards, and unlimited Wi-Fi facilities are available throughout the campus. There are many grounds for sports like cricket, football, volleyball, and basketball. The quality of the food in the mess is good and hygienic.
