You have very good rank . Fast of all congratulations. You can try for NIT but it is very hard to get nit if your SC rank is above 18000 .

But IIIT you cant get admission. But you can try in last round also . Or you can apply government or as well as  private college .

As per your JEE MAIN ST category rank , you might not have any good chances to get any good NIT, IIIT or GFTIs as the cut off for past years are little high in these institutes belongs to ST category .

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you as your rank is around 102908 in J.E.E mains in O.B.C category so getting any NIT OR IIIT OR GFIT COLLEGE IN SOUTH INDIA is very difficult so you should try to prepare well and should again appear in the examination.

With 40,000 rank, it's difficult to get a seat in NIT with CSE or IT. But with her category and female quota there's possibility to get a seat in eastern NITs. There's some IIIT which give admission at this rank with integrated course of CSE or IT. You can use the JEE College Predictor for getting admission in NIT, IIIT or GFTI.

According to my opinion if you get NIT Agartala then it's the best option for you. Since at this rank I have mentioned the IIITs you can get and NITA is better than all of them.( Now I am not saying that you should not try for some reputated and old IIITs ....I am just going with the cut off trends)

Last year EWS reservation was not considered for admission in to NIT, Andhra Pradesh. SO the previous year cut off for EWS is not available for admission to Andhra Pradesh. Last year the cut off for admission to Computer Science and Engineering in Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Sri City, Chittoor for EWS category is 5687 in round 6 of JoSAA counselling. Considering the cut off you do not have chances of getting seat in IIIT, Chittoor. And the cut off for admission to Computer Science and Engineering in National Institute of Technology, Andhra Pradesh under general category (home state) is 14075  in round 6 of JoSAA counselling. With respect to the category rank your All India rank will be above 14000 so you do not have chances to get seat in CSE in NIT, AP.

The cut off changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
