All the colleges which you have mentioned above are good but as per the ranking BITs Pilani comes first then IIIT Hyderabad and CEPT you can consider at third number. So I would suggest you to go through below link to know all about the same before making any decision -

You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a rank of around 43,000 in JEE main examination, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the IIIT's when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, the closing ranks in IIIT Kurnool, Andra Pradesh was around 35,000 in the mechanical engineering branch in the general category. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However, you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection in IIIT Kurnool

Based on your jee mains paper 2 percentile score and your category rank, you have very low chances of getting admission in NITs or IIITs.Try for admission in private colleges.

If we talk about the cutoff for the admission in various NIT colleges then your rank must be under 100000 and if for various IIIT colleges cutoff varies from college to college.There are various campuses of IIIT for which the cutoffs are different to get admission.if your rank is under 1 lakh you can definitely aply to get admission in these colleges.

According To Your Rank almost there is No chance For you To get Into Any NIT,IIIT.But yeah You May get Some CFTI,like SLIET/BIT MESRA/State University.e.t.c
But,Even it's Hard to Get Into any Government College,with this Rank Considering as a OBC quota Student.You Can Also Go for those Colleges which are Accepting admission On JEE MAINS marks like THAPAR/LPU/AMITY/GALGOTIA/SHARDA E.T.C.

You should be relieved that no College has the provision of staying in hostel as compulsory. Hostels are provided just to provide an easier and more comfortable way of living to the students taking admission in college. It's up to you if you want to live in hostel, a PG, or a flat.

College Infrastructure
As a third year B-tech student i have spent two years on campus and want to share my honest experience. Our college boasts a spacious and well maintained campus spread across around 30 acres. The main academic block are clean and fully functional with essential labs and new tech ,modern classrooms equipped with projectors and comfort seating there are also designated seminar halls and conference rooms on the ground floor of academic block. The academic block is mainly divided into 3 blocks, Block A, B and C including a very large and useful library in B block. Hostels are very close to academic block most of the hostel blocks consist of 9 floors each floor consists of 7 rooms with 6 three student rooms and 1 four student room. there is also single room hostels from second year but limited entries depending on CGPA of students. Hostel Mess is inside the hostel in ground and 1st floors. There is also a college canteen, Nescafe outlet (functioning up to 2 am ) and a stationary store inside campus. Whole campus including hostels is equipped with high speed WIFI up to a speed of 350mbps. The campus and hostels are maintained clean and tidy .Food is not the best and non native students find it difficult to maintain but there are other options plenty because mess fee is weekly and optional.
Overall college life here is not too much but good.

College Infrastructure
College infrastructure is overall good as it's just 23 acres but it is well maintained. All the required classes and labs are present in the academic block area. We have a large sports ground for football and cricket also.

College Infrastructure
College infrastructure is quite good there is lot of greenery in our college. Building are a bit old. Rooms are okayish i would say(enough for a person) college is small, it extends upto 30 acres. Overall it is not much bad
