Hey Tirunagari, You have scored 90.06 percentile in JEE MAINS and even your score is 76.3% in IPE EXAM. You also belong from OBC CATEGORY that will really be helpful to you while taking admission in any Government Funding Technical Institute (GFTI) as some special seats are being reserved there. Sorry to say but you will not be able to get seat in Computer Science Branch in NIT or in IIIT as even for OBC percentile required is high. But you can try for other branches too and you might even get in Computer Science in lower NITs but still there are very less chances and that will not be worth it. But you can take admission in GIF in OBC Quota if seats are reserved but you might be getting difficulty in GIF for Computer Science. I will suggest you to fill the forms and attend the counselling and there too you might get a seat but you should apply in other colleges so that you can take admission there. With this much score you should try for the seat at IIIT Bhubaneswar from sc category. If you are unable to get the seat then you should go for the private colleges that provides a course in CSE. Since of the colleges that you should look for are:

Upes Dehradun

Bennett University

SRM University.

With your mentioned rank it is highly unlikely for you to get into NITs or IIITs. You could still apply for the josaa counselling process and try your luck. But I would suggest you to try for state level engineering colleges which accept JEE main scores. You could get good colleges and your desired branch. Yes, you can get admission in  new IIIT like una, bhagalpur, dharwad,etc .youhave to try till the last round of counseling.
