With this much score from general category, your chances of getting any government college is low. You cannot get the government college or any other college through jossa counselling. So i will suggest you to go for private colleges like upes Dehradun, Chandigarh University, silicon institute of technology. Etc.

The full form of IIIT is INDIAN INSTITUTE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY they were set up under the public private ownership to provide world class engineering education in field of information technology and computer science.

Most of the IIIT offers cousres like

• Computer science and engineering 
• Information technology 
• Electronic and communication engineering 
• ELECTRONIC AND TELECOMMUNICATION ENGINEERING.

Though NIT offers Civil engineering

First of all,you are not qualified under general category.To be qualified,you need at least 89.75 percentile under general category.For any government engineering college you need more than 96+ percentile.So you have very less chance of getting goverment engineering college.Look for another engineering entrance examination.

In terms of education 

IIIT JABALPUR= VIT VELLORE > IIIT KANCHEEPURAM. 

The reason is IIIT Jabalpur is world class college with IT INFRASTRUCTURE having NIRF ranking 75. Where as VIT VELLORE is also a very good with a humongous amount of funding from private companies. Every faculty in IIIT JABALPUR AS WELL AS VIT VELLORE is PHD.  Student to faculty ratio is almost same so in terms of education I will both as same.  Where as iiit kancheepuram has nirf Ranking more than 150 and it doesn't provide world class education. 

In terms of placement 

IIIT JABALPUR>VIT VELLORE> IIIT KANCHEEPURAM. 

AVERAGE PACKAGE OF

IIIT jabalpur- 8.5lacs/annum

VIT VELLORE- 5.5 lacs/annum

IIIT KANCHEEPURAM- 4.5lacs /annum.
