Getting CSE at NITs and other government colleges would be difficult for you as cse is the top core branch of engineering hence it's cutoffs are very high. But you may get cse at top private colleges of jee main.

With your mentioned rank it is highly unlikely for you to get into NITs or IIITs. You could still apply for the josaa counselling process and try your luck. But I would suggest you to try for state level engineering colleges which accept JEE main scores. You could get good colleges and your desired branch. EWS category reservation has been provided first time in JEE Main Entrance Exam and previous year cutoff is not available so it would be difficult to tell you about the admission possibilities with EWS category rank.

Although is a good rank but no sufficient for NITs . You can try in you state NITs there must be a chance but here i am not promising about branch .
