If you have qualified jee mains , you are eligible to write JEE advanced.

you won't be able to get college based on your JEE mains score.If you would apply for state counselling then also you have less chances.

If you are not a dropper, then take drop and prepare for the next year.

You score clearly indicates that you haven't prepared well and you need to focus on the basics of the subjects.

If still you want to take admission ,you can apply in private colleges.

According to your rank and based on the previous year cutoff, chances would be less of getting a seat in NITs, IIITs through JoSAA Counselling.

You won't get any college on the basis of your JEE mains score like NITs,IIITs or GFTIs.There are approx 35K seats in thses institution.

So its quiet impossible for you to get that.

You should apply for state counselling.You will get state engineering colleges with that.

According to your percentile in jee mains your general rank will be close to 2.2 lakh and as the cutoff percentile for general category is 89.7 ,so you have very less chance to get seat in any NIT, IIIT.
