See the percentile u have scored is not that much enough for u to bag a seat in the good colleges like NITs , IIITs and GFTIs for pursuing ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under btech courses. Your rank is too high.With such rank you won't get any seat in government engineering college.Even you are not elligible for JEE ADVANCE EXAMINATION.You should look for another entrance examination.

I would recommend to make a list of NIT's you want to apply to and email them your score.
