Jadavpur University is one of the top college under WBJEE and hence the cutoff is high. Based on your rank I am sorry to say that you would not be getting any branch in Jadavpur University except Construction engineering (you may get). Even for construction engineering there is lesser chance as the closing rank of previous year for this branch is 1719 and yours is 1729. You are on the borderline.

If you are from general or OBC category then you will not get electronics and communication engineering with rank above 1k.If you are from SC ST then you can get it.

Your rank is 2516. With such GMR rank it is hard for to get any branch in Jadavpur University unless you belong to some reserved categories. If you are from general then the answer is no. Counselling is done completely on the basis of GMR . TFW candidates only get exempted from the burden of paying huge fees to the college every semester. There are certain seats which is allocated to twf rank holders whereby they have to pay only very little amount of fee to the college.

The cutoffs change every year as it depends on various factors. If we go through the cutoffs of last few years' then we can see that the b.pharm seats of Jadavpur University get filled within 1000 rank in WBJEE. After Round 3 of counselling, the last rank to get selected in Jadavpur University stays around 1400. So it seems you have very less chances there. There are only 2 or 3 government pharmacy colleges that accept WBJEE Score. However, you can go for Institute of Pharmacy, Jalpaiguri as the closing rank for B.Pharm for general category lies around 3800 rank. So you have fair chances there and it's a government pharmacy college. Apart from this, you can expect almost all the private pharmacy colleges at this rank like Guru Nanak Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology, Techno India University etc.

While allotting college your OBC rank will be considered if you have applied under OBC category. Till now WBJEE Cut-off for 2020 has not been declared by the competent authorities so, according to previous years' trend you can try for following colleges and branches :-
