There is NO possibility to get CSE based on your GMR rank, BUT, you still have a chance through your SC rank i.e. 3293.

This is because of last year's cutoff which was-

After Round 4- 

Opening Rank- 209 and Closing Rank- 3370

You might get the CSE branch in Jadavpur University, Kolkata after Round 4 because the cutoff rank for SC goes above 3,000.

Hi ! You can have many branch in Jadavpur University through your rank. If you go through your general ranking category then you will get streams like food technology, printing technology and power technology as well as other low streams. Whereas if you go with your sc rank then you may even get chemical and some core streams except electrical. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.

Congratulations for qualifying. Sorry but I you can't get CSE at Jadavpur University Kolkata, but you can get following colleges according to your rank:

JIS COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING

Calcutta institute of technology and management, information technology

Academy of Technology, electrical engineering

Birbhum pharmacy school

Techno India University.

First of all, IIEST Shibpur takes admission only through JEE Mains Rank and not WBJEE Rank.

Further, according to previous year cutoffs at Jadavpur University, the closing rank for SC Category under Home State Quota in Electronics & Communication Engineering was 43844 in 2018. So, with a rank of 30k you can easily get Electronics & Communication Engineering at Jadavpur University. Though you cannot get ECE at IIEST Shibpur with your WBJEE Rank.
