Please mention your GMR as all the allotments are done on the basis of GMR only. But you do have chances of getting a seat in Jadavpur University as you don't have a lower ST rank. If your GMR is within 10000 can get a seat. But getting core branches is difficult. You can get many other government college with this rank. With 57 marks I would conclude that your rank must lie between 25000-35000. With this rank and your SC certificate you can definitely make it to the Jadavpur University's computer science or information technology branch. Apply for your counseling positively. According to previous years' cutoff trends i don't think you will get admission in Jadavpur University in any stream. If you want to check yourself then i am also providing the link.
