NMIMS Mumbai has amazing infrastructure, be it in-class infrastructure or the building. We have a huge glass building that just stands out from every other building possible. The washrooms are well maintained and there is a sanitary napkin dispenser also. Canteen is huge with good & affordable food.
I did MBA HR from School of Business Management, NMIMS Mumbai. My experience has been great in terms of academics. They have a great curriculum and the faculty is experienced & best in their fields. They are approachable and have great knowledge to dispense.
Placements are superb in college with top companies coming to recruit the students. We have summer placements for internships and final placements also. We have a dedicated committee for the placements. If anyone wants to see, the placement details are published in a well detailed report by the college post each cycle for perusal.
Fully value for money as the profs are one profs a kind and have great knowledge to give to students. The placements are amazing. Because of the huge batch size, sometimes it is difficult to remember a lot of people but it provides a huge opportunity for networking! It is everything it would promise to be.
Since we only have a building and not a campus as such, it is quite difficult to have a "normal" campus life by standards. But, the vicinity is very pretty and all the facilities are available nearby. All the staff, students and professors are extrmemly helpful and polite. I once lost my charger in the college and I found it easily the next day as it was kept nicely by one of the staff members
The infrastructure is good and has good support from the management which is very important. The campus also has various avenues for different kinds of activities for refreshment. The people in the management are conscious about the maintenance as well.
The academics are good with few great professors who actually focuses on the learning aspect of the academics. But still the curriculum is a bit outdated which can be further refined. Hopefully better in the future
The placements are average and not very top notch but still decent enough as compared to the peer colleges. The stats are available on the website as well as the placement brochure, the placement cell is although very hard working
It is a bit on the expensive side for me with respect to the ROI one gets out of this, so I feel the ROI is a bit less and not exactly upto the expectations. But it is the case with MBA degree in general.
The campus life is vibrant and scenic, this is due to the batch size and the courses offered also there are lots of networking opportunities available which helps in the overall development of one's career prospects.
It is a vibrant college with lots of avenues for learning and grwoing, but one has to be slef driven to be there at the top and achieve things
our college is one giant building of 10 floors and that is huge with a beautiful atrium, we do have labs for studying and also a bloombergs lab for finance people, reat all amenities is also present with very hygienic canteen and washroom facilities.
i am pursueing my master's in business administration from nmims Mumbai, our curriculum is very rigerous with alot of subjects for every domain of marketing, finance , operations and human resources, some of the faculties are really experienced and have a very nice industry experience.
there is ample opportunities for almost everyone for summers as well as final placements, placement report is already present on the college's website . college is very supportive for placement processes. but again mba is not only about placements students should also keep learning in mind.
well i believe that if our college is value for money i only have one thing in mind, that our college is not a residential college other than that our college is a very good college with all the basic and up to date equipment's with a great and resourcefull library.
we have a lot of clubs and committee like finomenon for finance people, optumiz for people who want to pursue operations and so on. so college life can be as good as someone wants to get involve in all this extra curricular activities.
The infrastructure is top notch and the campus allows a lot of convenience and facilities to students. Also the atrium area is very aesthetic and minimalistic and there's also a grand piano placed in the middle. All Lobbies and classes are equipped with air conditioning and very hygienic.
The academics are very insightful and the curriculum is dynamically updated and set as per the latest industry standards in correspondence with Industry stalwarts. The faculty is amazing and bring in a lot of fresh perspectives to the class.
The placement KPIs are strong with very good companies coming to the campus each year. The companies come for a lot of varied roles and the placement cell is very efficient when it comes to liasoning with the industry stalwarts.
The fees are a little on the higher side but it is surely a bang for the buck. The infrastructure and utilities on campus are amazing and the college takes good care of the students requirements. Thus it is surely a value for money.
There are a lot of clubs and committees and various functional cells so there's a plethora of events being hosted on campus throughout the year. The facilities and maintenance and the administration staff is very supportive as well.
The college is the best in class and delivers best in class future leaders every year. The placements are strong and there is good industry pull. However the batch size is quite large which makes the college very competitive.
Nice Infrastructure, with an amazing atrium and grand piano. Nice elevators for the worldwide view of the college. Amazing library with spacious reading room. Tasty food in the canteen and sitting capacity in the canteen is high.
Industry leaders for guest sessions with experience from corporate and very high academic teaching experience. Very interactive teaching, some teachers are very experienced but some are not but they have fresh perspectives.
There are opportunities for almost everyone and a lot of good companies come to the college for placement but this must not be the only priority for students. Summer Internships have abundant opportunities as well.
value fo money is very perspective dependent and it depend s upon what you think you can get out of mba , it can be a high ctc or great learning and immersive experiene with amazing growth, so yeah it depends upon you.
there are lots of clubs and committee in our college for a holistic growth of every canditdate and have a great college experience, our college is not a residential campus so that's a con but otherwise everything is nice.
Narsee monjee has all the basic opportunities that is required for a holistic growth of a person, we don't have a residential campus so that is a con of NMIMS, but rest all is okay. we have nice canteen with sitting caapacity of 300+, rest all is there.
academic curriculum is really hectic and great, MBA is hectic in general, but once you start enjoying the journey you wil love it, some of the professors are really experienced and have alot to pass on. classrooms are really nice and well equipped.
there are opportunities for anyone who is interested to get good placmenets and that is for all the mba branches, finance operations , marketing or hr. but your entire focus shouldn't be on placements only, but overall learning and growth.
just because we don't have a residential campus we feel that it is ot value for money but that depends upon your perspective nd what are you looking for in a course like mba. the learning is really immersive with a nice cohort but againvalue for money depends upon the package that you can.
we have alot of clubs and committees for overall growth of every individual of whatever you wana work on. we have nanavati hospital that is not to far from college so that is there for anyother emergencies. location is vile paarle west so it is one of the best areas in mumbai.
NMIMS Mumbai has modern infrastructure and state of the art facilities including well equipped classrooms, libraries and research centers. These facilities create a conducive environment for learning and research.
NMIMS Mumbai has built a strong reputation over the yeards for its academic execellence. It is consistently ranked among the top business schools in India and is known for its rigorous academics standards.
The institution has a strong track record of placements with many students securing positions in top companies and organizations. The placement cell works diligently to connect students with job opportunities.
College does provide very good infra, the classes are well equipped and the smart boards. The Lifts could be more and the internet facility could be better. Other than that everything is fine proper cleaning is taken care of.
The quality is good and a great curriculum. The faculty is from industry which brings in a lot of experience and give a practical understanding of the concepts. The methodology used is also great and provides insight deep into the topic.
IN the process right now. Placements are tough due to the large batch size and difficult financial year. though the companies that come are good and roles offered are also decent but other than that it is not very good.
Too high Fee, the fee charged is way too high and the campus doesn't offer hostel services which further increases the expenditure as living in Mumbai is not cheap. So, do consider fee before joining the institute.
Okayish Campus. The campus is a single building so it doesn't provide many options for campus life. But the building otherwise is very high-end and seems like a luxury hotel. but campus life is not there.
Here at Narsee Monjee we have a very nice functional building with all the facilities inbuilt, the atrium or the quadrangle is very beautul and we also have canteen with seating capacity of more the 300 atleast. we have a very nicely maintained digital library and bloomberg's lab as well.
The course carriculum of MBA in finance is very Regaros and hectic but once you start enjoying the ride it is just great and fruitful if you are someone who is really interested in MBA and finance in general. our curriculum is updated and follow harward's curriculum for case studies and all.
placements are nice but again that shouldn't be the only factorconsidered while doing an MBA the life leasons that they teach and how to be coorporate ready is what you should focus on as a student. majorty of the student are placed in good companies their are ample amount of opportunities for all the students.
i have given 3 star for value for money because our campus is not residential and that is one issue because mumbai in geenral is expensive and you can get a bit tired because of it. but other then that in terms of learning and placements the return of investmnet is somewhat good only.
as i have already mentioned we don't have a campus here we just have one larege building and we don;t have residential building about other then that all the basic ammenties are present inside the campus and it is also very clean. we also have various clubs and committies to do participate in extracarricular activities and get your hands dirty not only in academics
college infrastructure was good, it has all the facilities required. and they are very well maintained and neat and clean. food is also good and hygienic and living spaces is also spacious and hygienic.
academics of this collage met the my expectations, whatever i heard about this collage. curriculum is updated and includes recent developments in all subjects. teachers are also very good with proper experience in the respective fields.
placement of this collage as i have heard is good since i am still in my second year i still have time for my placements. but there are facilities which are provided to you for being ready for the placements.
