In order to get into NIT, one must take the JEE (MAIN) exam and secure at least 75% marks (65% for SC/ST) in Class 12th exam or be in the top 20 percentile in Class 12th exam conducted by the respective board. Admissions are on the basis of rank in JEE (Main) .

As you know, nit warangal is one of the top nits in India. And the competition is increased very much nowadays.
So, as you have scored 27149 rank in jee Mains via sc category, then it is impossible for you to get a seat in nit warangal in any branch. Also from your general category rank you can not get a seat in any other nits or iiits

For getting nit warangal, your sc category rank must be under 5000. So your sc rank is very far from 5000.

The last year (2019) cutoff closing rank for nit warangal for cse in sc category was :-

With a rank of 28035 in SC category getting into NIT Warangal would be a bit difficult as it's cutoff trends for home state quota would be close to 5119 category SC rank as per last year cutoff.So getting into NITs would be a bit difficult.But still you can try getting admission into some good private colleges.Hope I have been able to solve your query.Best of luck.

Regarding your question, at first I would like to request you to correct your question. Because if you've got 81.5% marks i.e. almost 244 marks, then your rank should be in between 288-632 and since you're a reserved (SC) category candidate, your category rank should be also in between 0-57, not 10720..

Hence it can be assumed that you've got 81.5 percentile in JEE MAIN 2020, not percent (%).

However considering your marks as 81.5 percentile, at first I want to recommend you to go through the Careers360 article regarding the previous year's details of NIT Warangal through the following link:

So, after analysing the above article thoroughly it's quite vivid for you also that your ranks and percentile are not sufficient to get admitted in this topmost and esteemed Institution. Because according to the 2019's informations, the last qualifying category rank for SC qouta was 3641 where your category rank is 10720 in this year.
