So, as per my knowledge the cut off for cse branch usually stays under 40k-50k and the cut off for core branches generally stays below 70k but it depends on certain conditions like number of candidates applying for counselling.

JSPM Rajarshi College of Engineering is good college.It provides good placements of about 70% .Renowned companies come for placements and the average package is about 3-5 LPA.Moreover infrstructure is also good as the college has well equipped classrooms and labs.Faculty members are quite helpful and supportive and they help you a lot.Placement drive of the college is also good.
