Form your question what I understand I will give you answer according to that.

Its one of the best college in VIZAG i.e is ANITS to get a seat over there for females you need have below 7k and for males, it's below 6k I'm speaking with respect to computer science for other branches it could bit higher than what I mentioned.

In the case of GAYATRI, the female ranking is 20k and males are15k in case of CSE while other branches are bit high ranking is manageable

It is difficult to predict because cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like category, number of students appeared in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, number of seats available, etc.

For your AP EAMCET Rank you have less chances of getting B.Sc Agriculture seat in Government Colleges based on previous years closing ranks and cutoffs and they may vary from year to year. So give a try by applying for counselling and if you won't get free seat then try for Management quota seats.
