Hello,
JNTU Anantapuram and SVU College of Engineering does not offer Information Technology. JNTU Vizianagaram and A U College of Engineering Self-Finance, Vishakapatnam offers Information Technology. And the cut off is as follows for SC category candidates in 2019
Considering the cut off you have decent chances of getting seat in A U College of Engineering Self-Finance, Vishakapatnam and JNTU Vizianagaram in IT. However, Cut off may increase or decrease depending on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

The facilities and infrastructure of this college are very good . good labs for practicals and clinics and a well-stocked library with a huge collection of books. All the classrooms are fully equipped with high class infrastructure such as Wi-Fi and digital smart rooms. In sports, every sport is available there like cricket, basketball, lawn tennis, etc.
The infrastructure of Shri Venkateshwara University is accessible, but it still needs improvement. BCA Building was very basic and had enough sitting arrangement, but no amenities such as air conditioning. Library provides a quiet study atmosphere, but more books on technology are required. The campus environment is peaceful and has enough greenery, so one can attain a smooth temper while sitting in the campus. However, stronger facilities coupled with better improvements would describe the scene ????
College Infrastructure is mainly average and looks just for show purposes. Labs lack the basic equipment; however, overall facilities should increase more to make the learning experience better. The hostel facilities are low, especially the food that makes it an uncomfortable stay. You experienced it personally for two years.
