Hello Aspirant
Hope you are doing great.
Both colleges are good. You can choose any of them . Just keep factors link location and placement in mind.
I would suggest you to go for KIIT. As the last year placement of KIIT was good. Avg CTC was INR 6-7 lakh and Highest was INR 52 lakhs offered to 5 students.
Hope it helps
Best wishes to you :)
hlwo aspirant
hope you are doing well
Both the colleges Thapar University and VIT University are the best private colleges in India under top 10 private colleges in India.
see both the institute are good equally but Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology is better than VIT. Thapar has various international rankings, excellent placement records, a qualified team of professionals as faculty members who provide the best possible guidance. Although VIT has a better ranking but grooming wise TIET does the work better.Thapar University is better than VIT in placements as well as in academics. Thapar focus is always on quality whereas VIT's main focus is on quantity. Placement statistics of both colleges is almost same but as the number of students in VIT is too many therefore Thapar would always be at an upper hand.
. If we compare both the institutions on the basis of studies, faculty, quality if education and placements, i would totally recommend you vit vellore over thapar university.
Teachers in vit vellore are exceptionally good and also you can choose your own teacher which is the best part. The university keeps you engaged in research papers.
If we talk about placements in cse,the record is superb.
But if you are a delhi student it might take sometime to settle and adapt the surroundings.
CSE branch at thapar bags most of the highest packages and also the brand name thapar.
hope this is helpful for you
all the very best for your upcoming future
Hello Aspirant
Both colleges are good. It depends on you , that in which area you have interest. If you want to learn more about computers then go for VIT bhopal otherwise choose Thapar University. Try to think once in which area you have more interest and then take the decision.
Hope it helps.
Best wishes to you :)
Greetings!
No your admission will not be canceled, it never will be. Hostel allotment is completely different from admission process, therefore there is no way in which they will cancel your admission.
However this doesn't mean that there will be no consequences, they will inevitably cancel your hostel allotment, and you may have to stay outside, which for first year students is going to be difficult, specially if you don't live in that city, because then you will have no way of finding a good house nearby.
Now there is one more thing I would like to mention, more often than not even if your are not given room initially as you didn't paid fees, there is a chance that if you approach the warden, he will allot you a room, VIT or any other college for that matter has some extra room as no college is 100% full ever, so for VIT it makes more sense to allot it to someone rather than letting it sit empty, so yes they may ask you to do a bit more paper work, or may ask you to pay fine, but if you ask warden he will most likely allot you the room.
Hello,
Yes, VIT Bhopal is offline for the batch of 2022-23. Since the Government gave the order of startinf the classes for Colleges as well in offline mode in January, the classes for all the batches were started as offline mode. The online classes were still on for few months as some of the students were still in the red zone areas such as Maharashtra but since March, every college was opened in India.
VIT, Bhopal also continued their offline classes in January.
I hope this helps,
All the best
Greetings!
At the rank of about 1.4 lakhs you can get seat in VIT Amaravati in CSE quite easily, as people usually don't prefer VIT AP and Bhopal
The category for CSE will be most likely 3 or 4, however if you apply for CSE specialization, you can get Category 2 or 3
Dear Aspirant,
In my opinion I would say choose SRM KTR.
VIT Bhopal is a relatively new campus and the faculty members, facilities aren't that great. You would get a lot less exposure than what you would have gotten otherwise in VIT Vellore or Chennai.
SRM KTR being a older campus has better established alumni network, faculties and facilities.
Get ECE in SRM KTR and do courses and Internships that align with your interests to get into the branch of your interest.
The brand value of college will definitely have an impact on the options that you get during and after your course .
Hope this helps.
Dear Aspirant,
The right choice for you would be what you would like to do after your degree.
If you are really passionate about CSE, then you have two options.
1. It is quite difficult to get into CSE in top NITs with this rank. You have a good chance of getting CSE in your homestate (depends on what it is). You have a really good chance of getting core in your homestate and ECE, EEE, Instrumentation at NIT Trichy.
You can choose this course and do extra courses and programming related internships while you hone your skills in that area. This might require you to work extra hard as you'll have to maintain a good Cgpa to get opportunities in top companies.
2. Choose CSE in VIT and work hard to improve your skills and grab lucrative opportunities. This way you can totally focus on just CSE and hence you'll have a less stressful life.
I would recommend you to choose the former as the NIT tag can get you more opportunities than VIT. The fee structure, alumni network, faculties are also really good at NITs.
It all depends on what kind of college life you envision for yourself.
Hope this helps.
Hello student!

VIT Vellore has the most amazing infrastructure! The campus is huge and super clean. Classrooms are modern, labs are well equipped, and there are so many cool spots to hang out. It feels great to study here !
The infrastructure of the academic blocks is as you expect from any college and is really good and perfect with proper and big and spacious classrooms, labs, along with big spaces for sitting and also canteens shops and even the toilets are really good and well maintained other than that the campus is also really beautiful and spacious with many trees facilities along with transport facilities and various sports ammendments although the hostels depend on which type of block and room you pick they are mostly good except for summer times when vellore is really hot ACs in classrooms should've been put although they are present in labs and rooms, the food is also dependent on your block but it's really mostly good only.
Overall insfrastructure is average. academic building are well maintained but hostels are very congested. Once u get any any room its very hard to change(they will act like SBI employees to u when u fill application for room changing).
