VIT does not release any official cut-off so any answer is just a prediction based on what it looked like in the previous year. Looking at the stats, CSE is one of the most sought after stream and hence it is quiet difficult to get in with a rank of 36K. You can get into VIT Bhopal and get a specialization of your choice but VIT Vellore/ Chennai seems difficult. VIT Bhopal, you'll get in categor 1/2 but other VITs I don't see a lot of possibility.
