As per prior year's analysis, the closing rank for ECE branch is 103. The opening marks are 194.75 and the closing marks are 200 for ECE stream which means your marks should be falling in between the mentioned range of opening and closing ranks to get offered a seat from Anna University in the desired branch. Hence, you might not be approached for the counselling.

You need to have minimum of 50% in class 12th in order to get eligible for the exam is you're a general category student for SC/ST the cutoff is 45%.

The admission is given on the basis of your NATA score you need to score more than 80 marks in the exam to get a seat in the college.

Hello sir, as i researched on by comparing the two colleges which you have given option , The Sv univeristy is of the better college than anna university as the Sv university has developed their structure recently and also the placements are more good than the other college.. 

so i prefer you to take SV university for doing the M.TECH!

With a cut off of 148 in the higher secondary examination, getting into bio medical engineering is difficult. However you can apply for the TNEA counselling and try for different courses.
