Other State Candidates are also eligible to apply for TNEA Counselling. There are approximately 50 seats for Candidates outside Tamilnadu who want to appear for TNEA Counselling. Admission to B.E/B.Tech courses in PSG College of Technology is done through TNEA counseling.

The cutoff required for admission varies every year depending on many factors. Some of the determining factors are Difficulty level of the qualifying exam, Number of candidates who have applied for admission, etc. However, admission process 2019 has been completed and since it is late to answer this query, I hope you have got a seat.

It won't be available online for preparation. if you know any person from that department you can ask him/her for details and about the exam but you may not get previous year paper.  To make an efficient preparation, follow the procedure and try to give your best in the exam. for this you have to keep your basics strong and able to solve hard problems too.

For proper performance try to solve as many questions you can.

The admissions are done on the basis of TNEA score and Anna University will conduct TNEA 2018 counselling for admission to UG engineering programmes at participating universities tentatively in last week of June.

You can't use current year marks or rank to get an admission in coming year as it will be unfair to other candidates as your paper features may be different with theirs like it might be a easy paper when you gave and in the coming year if paper gets hard then that will change the evaluation process differently. It will be even unfair to you. So the board don't entertain these kind of forwarding previous year results for next year to get an admission.

If you want to get an admission in year 2020 then you have to appear the exam in year 2020 as you gave this year. You have to do each and every step and follow the process as a normal candidates does in 1st attempt. like you can take you are giving it as a fresh.
