Therefore to get admission into these colleges you must get more than 70 normalized marks in tancet . If 41.25 would have been your gate score then you could have got these colleges. 

Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) is conducted by Anna University for the admission to post-graduation programmes like M.Tech, MBA, MCA and M.Arch in various colleges/institutes of Tamil Nadu. Anna University will declare  TANCET cutoff marks for MBA, MCA, M.E & M.Arch. at its official website in July, 2019 . AS per your marks yyou would have got a  "F" and a rank around 2100. The above-mentioned notations represent the type of colleges, a candidate may get depending upon the ranks secured by them in TANCET. As far as I know you can get mechanical and more with with score in private colleges.

The ACT campus hostel can accommodate up to 4 people in a room. Students from ACT and SAP campus reside in the hostel. However, it can become a little difficult for Architecture students to make place for their work and equipment.

The food served in the mess is of good quality and few students have even claimed the standard of the food to be on par with the food served at home.

There is round-the-clock electricity supply and the occurrences of power cuts are rare in the hostel.

The water supply is scheduled for around 6 hours a day with fixed timings allotted for the same. In case of sufficient rainfall, the duration of the supply is increased to 24 hours.

i do not suggest you wait and give up the seat you have acquired in PSG.

PSG has a better name than SSN and IT and cse more or less also receive the same placements.

Attend the counselling,if you are very interested then go for it.

Otherwise,stay in PSG .

bUT Overall exposure is the best at SSN
