If you wont pay fees of second installment , you can be in trouble and they can charge you fine of late fees . However,  you can mail to hod requesting him to give some time extension and can expect some further delay bbut chances are less

Reputation wise BITS pilani is far better than IIITM Gwalior. You will get better environment, better exposure ,better overall development in BITS pilani.

But if your interest is in computer science then you can go for bio dual and get Cs as dual degree in second year.

But if you want to take dual then you should also consider the risk. You will have to work hard for one more year to get CS as dual degree. If you have enough faith in yourself that you can do enough hard work to get CS next year then only you should go for dual in BITS pilani, Otherwise go for IIITM Gwalior.

In my opinion you should go for BITS Pilani, it has much better reputation, placement, college infrastructure.

Suggesting the best among all is quite difficult as all the mentioned institutes come under the TIER-1 category. See, the confusion is obvious because all three are supreme in placement records and academics with value.

See, I would suggest you go with IIT Goa with computer science. The reason for selecting this is because:

• Opportunities
• Placements
• Future value
• Easy and understanding
• More exposure

Electronics in BITS PILANI is a better option as placements are best with decent packages. Also, IIT Kanpur is one of the oldest technical institutes in India.

Now the point for selecting IIT Goa is that you have mentioned Computer science with it. See, you will have the exposure as well as computer science engineering is one the popular branches in the world. Also, the package varies with the skills a candidate has. The role of the in situ is to provide job opportunities but the skills grab the offers.

So better to go with IIT Goa if you want a hassle-free career in terms of jobs and switching to other domains.

Reasons for not going with IIT Kanpur is because the chemical is a core branch so does the job opportunities are quite low. Also, you will need to work very hard if you want the IT sector. If you can manage then you can go with IIT Kanpur and BITS PILANI.

Better overall placement scenario is observed in NIT Warangal. The grading system is also better in NITs as compared to BITS. If you put in the same efforts, you'll fetch a better CGPA in NIT Warangal as compared to that in BITS Hyderabad.

Infrastrtuture Wise and Study Wise you should prefer BITS Hyderabad, CSE. Curriculum and course structure is better there along with the faculty.

93.22% student were placed in CSE in NIT Warangal. 43.33 LPA the highest paclage, 12 LPA the lowest and 21.9 LPA average package offered. About 60% of student got internship from CSE, Microsoft, De shaw, Codenation, Uber companies.

While at BITS Hyderabad:
Highest Package: 25.5 lpa
Average Package: 10.93 lpa

You should definitely follow your passion and choose aerospace engineering, IIT Bombay is the best college there can be in India for the above mentioned course.
People generally tend to opt IT subjects because of the payscale which is not a wise decision, you should pursue your field of interest.

The current course structure of Aerospace engineering allows an interested student to get into the Dual Degree program at the end of second or third years and complete their masters in 1 additional year. This is highly recommended if you find a perfect advisor and research area match.

An aerospace engineer graduated from IITs may expect the maximum salary of 15 lakhs per year.

According to previous years cutoff, for mechanical branch, overall you have to get a rank below 313 .

For Gate above 600 should be enough to get you for Mechanical in design engineering. And if you score above 550 then you are eligible for applying in BITS Pilani. And recent news says for Mechanical, you need to score at least 284 in BITSAT.

The placement packages of BITS Pilani, Hyderabad varies according to the branch/stream. Although, their placements are really good. Like, in last year the average package for CSE was about 10.93 LPA and their highest package was of 25 LPA. For the other branches it's approximately 8-12 LPA. So, the placement packages depends upon your branch.

Their placements are amazing no doubt.

as viewing your all the options i suggest you to go for comedk as your is 737 which is good as at this rank you will get good college and choose your branch as computer science

in bitsat you will not get any good branch

but you also appear in jee main counseling and fill preferance of college wisely.

With a Score of 269 in BITSAT, you may have fair chances of securing good prospects until the last iteration of Counselling. Some of them are as follows
