Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani (BITS, Pilani) offers admission based on it's entrance exam BITSAT. Once a candidate gets selected, he has to pay for the institute in order to continue pursing the course. As per the BITS Pilani fees structure, candidates will have to pay Rs 39,800 as admission fee and Rs 1,78,000 for Semester 1 and 2. The fee for 2nd year is 1,94,000, for 3rd year is 2,11,500 and Rs 2,30,500 for 4th year. This is just the tution fees and hostel, mess and other charges apply as per your choices.

Yes, you do have scholarships and aid on basis of merit, first year onwards at BITS Pilani and its Campuses at Goa and Hyderabad. BITS Pilani is the best Private Universities, having a somewhat high fee, jut you do get good concessions second year onward on the tuition fee, provided you secure atleast above 8.5+CGPA in your first year. Remember its tough to secure CGPA in BITS Pilani.

BITS PILANI or Birla Institute of Technology and Science is one of the top colleges in India. It is a highly reputed college with strong alumni status and very good placement opportunities for the students. The college offers standard education which is highly organized and known worldwide.

There are three campuses of BITS in India, these are Rajasthan, Goa and Hyderabad and one in International I.e; in Dubai. It is counted in the list of TIER 1 colleges having a status of IIT but also we can not say that it can beat IIT as it is a private institution with a fees structure for breach course is about 25 lakhs for 4 years including hostels and education.

The placements opportunities are amazing, offers an average package of about 10-25 lakhs and sometimes even more.

So, a big YES to this college if any candidate can not make it to IIT/nits.

I would suggest you to pursue MTech from DTU CSE. DTU is one of the best Technical Institutions for CSE in Delhi NCR after IITD. The CSE Department has strong faculty, infrastructure as well as good Placements for MTech. Being located near Technology and IT Hubs of Delhi NCR provide huge scope and impetus to training and placements.

IIT Jammu is still in its nascent years and DTU CSE has a much stronger Academic, Professional and Employer Outlook.

Thee are multiple scholarship programs are available at BITS, Pilani, on the basis of different stats, so lets discuss one by one.

1. For board toppers

For the rank holders of their respective board like ICSE, CBSE, or any state board for only 1st, 2nd and 3rd position only and it would be 100%, 75%, and 50% respectively  for the first semester.

2. For merit in entrance exam of BITSAT

see vit vellore is excellent for admission to computer science courses. if fees is not matter to you you should go for it, VIT vellore is better than GGSIPU Or JIIT noida as per placement, infrastructure, students review, students faculty ratio. however if you have got changes in top five nits or bits than I would recommend you to leave vit vellore and take admission to nits or bits.
