Yes, you can get admission and a seat if you have a good JEE score or percentile rank. But mostly the admission is done on the basis of the Common Merit list released by the CSAB authority.

The admission into BITS Mesra is done only on basis of JEE score and not on NATA score, so don't worry.

Eligibility criteria to get admission in BIT Mesra is,

Candidate should have passed 12th Examination from an recognized board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects,

You should have also scored at least 45 % marks in case of Gen. Category and 40% marks in case of other caste.

You should have appeared in JEE Main and must have your CRL 100000

So you cannot get a seat in bits in any of it's campus.

If you opt for B pharm in BITS Pilani or BITS Hyderabad then there is a shore chance that you can get B pharm in BITS Pilani or BITS Hyderabad. Because the previous year cutoff score for B Pharma in BITS Pilani was 195 and in BITS Hyderabad it was 161.  So if you want B pharm then you can easily get a seat in b pharm in BITS Pilani or BITS Hyderabad.

With the marks which you have scored , you would have less chances to get core B.Tech streams . However you can get B pharma at Pilani easily and Msc Biology integrated courses at Hyderabad , in the last rounds (Very less chance though for integrated Msc )

The cutoff score for manufacturing engineering in bits pilani was 255 last year. This discipline have been removed from bits hyd and bits Goa for past couple of years and is only taught in the pilani branch.
The previous year cutoffs are highly volatile and change each year due to various reasons. But if you have a score considerably above 255 you can have a chance in getting a seat in pilani.

Every year bits organise a national level exam called BITSAT for admission in different campuses like bits pilani, bits goa and bits Hyderabad.

The admission in bits is only given by bitsat scores.
Different bits campus have different cutoff bitsat scores.
So if you haven't given bitsat exam then you cannot take admission in bits. Because the admission is purely given on basis of bitsat scores.

So even if you secured 76 percentile score from general category in jee mains 2020, then also you cannot take admission in bits Hyderabad or any bits campus if you haven't given the bitsat exam.
And in bitsat exam there is no reservation.
