In 2019 the All India cut off rank for admission to Computer Science Engineering in DTU for general category was 5896 in round 1 and the cut off in round 4 was 8852 under Delhi region. You need to score minimum 99 percentile and score minimum 180-200 marks in JEE Main to have decent chances of getting seat. CUt off may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates applied, difficulty of exam, number of seats available etc.

According to the percentile you have mentioned in the question your approximate rank would be near about 43,450 and on the basis  of this rank if you belongs to general category and from Delhi as you have mentioned in the question, you can get admission to DTU because last year the cut-off was around 48,000 for Delhi residents.

Note that the prediction was made as per previous years cut-off because cut-off for this year has not been released yet and cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.

Hello student cut off vary every year on various factors like level of question in examination seats available and total nunumber of applicants in the entrance examination. Last year the cut off for ST Category (other state) was as mentioned below -

Computer  Engineering - 49944

Mechanical Engineering - 61902

Civil Engineering - 30425

As of now the cut-offs for this year has not released yet due to COVID-19 Pandemic so it is quite difficult to guide you with exact data but however I would help you with previous year's closing rank so that you can have an idea and then you can prepare accordingly. So, last year closing rank for Computer Engineering in DTU for ST category students belonging from states other then Delhi was 98,148, so you can get idea from this closing rank that you have to score more than this to improve your chances of admission .
