You will not get a rank good enough to get admitted to the DTU with the percentile that you have mentioned above. You will get a rank of about 30 thousand. You can give the JEE main examination of September and hope for better results.
And your percentage in the board exam is upto the mark, it should be atleast 60 percentage.

You have mentioned your overall 12th marks dear but it is not considered for eligibility in DTU and a NSUT , only PCM marks is taken in account to check eligibility for DTU and NSUT

As per the eligibility criteria of DTU and NSUT to be eligible  one should have obtained at least 60% or more marks in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry. and Mathematics and should have also passed English.

So , if your PCM aggregate is 60 % or more then you are eligible for NSUT and DTU

To get admission in Delhi Technological University you should at least score 60% aggregate marks for Bachelor's in technology(BTECH)and to get admission in BBA you should score at least 50% aggregate marks in board exam.

It seems that you are seeking admission in B.Tech program of Delhi Technological University, so for B.Tech, admission is done solely on the basis of JEE-Main score. So until JEE-Main is conducted Joint Admission Counselling process cannot be started.

Detailed admission process for B.Tech program is described below :-

Admission in NSUT, DTU, IGDTUW and IIIT-D is based on merit in JEE Main the eligibility criteria for NSUT, DTU and IGDTUW is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with minimum 60% marks and candidate must have passed in English subject. Eligibility criteria  for admission in IIIT- D is that a Candidate must have 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry and must have scored minimum 80% is at least 5 subjects including PCM and must have obtained 80% or more in Mathematics.

According to your percentile in JEE mains, you rank would be more than 190000 in the common rank list.  With this rank you won't be able to get a seat in any government engineering colleges like NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. Also you won't be able to get into the colleges mentioned by you As you belong from general category and also from outside Delhi region.
So I would request you to go for some top private engineering colleges in India. Dear Aspirant, DTU offers cources towards Bachelor of Technical ( BTech), Master of Technical (MTech), Docter of Philosophy (PhD) and Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) and contains 14 academic departments.

So, the cut off of DTU for computer Science is 11560 according to the Rank 2019 and 9194 according to the Rank 2018.
