hi,
see cutoff score changes every year, depends on soem factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, you did not mention your category from which you belongs to. if you are from general category there is less chances for iits, but you may go in iit guwahati, iit mandi, mtech in north east nits, if you are from general category there is less chances for dtu as well as nsut.

Hey!
Delhi Technical University (DTU) Conducts DTU LEET (Lateral Entry engineering exam) for admissions in lateral entry. But it takes admissions in only limited b. Tech branchs which are Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, and Electronics only. It does not take admissions for chemical engineering.
Thank you.
Hi,
IIT delhi takes admission on the basis of jee advance marks.
To appear for jee advance one need to qualify the jee main exam. The cutoff to appear in jee main exam were declared by N.T.A after the april attempt.
The cutoff depend on many factors like number of student appeared in the exam, category , exam level etc. Hence they may vary from year to year. So we can not determine the exact cutoff but have an idea about it with previous years cutoff trends.
From the previous years trends the cutoff for appearing to jee advance for pwd category is expected to be around 0.11 percentile.
The jee advance cutoff for obc pwd candidate for admission to iit Delhi is expected to be around 17.5 %.
The DTU takes admission on the basis of jee main exam. The cutoff you can check on the JAC delhi official website. The previous years obc pwd outsode delhi region cutoff were as -
Year jee main closing rank
2019 - 393010
2018 - 287204
2017 - 196196
With previous years trends you can expect the minimum rank in the range of 190000 - 390000.
Hope it helps.
Hello!
DTU is best for civil engineering as compared to MMMUT in terms if placements. In DTU the faculty for civil engineering is also experienced . Their study materials and the type of books they use to guide students is also of a good quality.
MMMUT is not a bad option. For some reason it is in top colleges of India but if we compare it with DTU then its has low votes!!.
Good luck!
Hello,
JAC counselling is has subsequent rounds namely 1, 2 , 3, 4 and spot round. After choice filling candidates will be allotted a seat based on their merit and preferences. If a candidate is satisfied he/she can accept the seat and who are not satisfied can participate in second round even fresh candidates can also participate.Vacant seats after round 1 of counselling will be filled through second counselling and candidates who could not get seat can participate in second round.Similarly third and fourth round will be filled if there are vacancies.Candidates who could not participate in the counselling right from first round due to any reason, who could not get seat, withdrew their previously allotted seat, not reported to their allotted college can participate in spot round.

Hi Suman,
I would suggest you to go for Delhi Technical University as in DTU CSE/IT/SE all gets the same opportunity at the time of placement and DTU is much older than NSIT and DTU is also government college like NSIT so if you are getting an old government college like DTU go for it.
If you are not getting old 7 IITs, IIIT-H,ISI,Top 3 Nits then go for DTU(it is comparable with top 3 nits)
Hope this will help, please feel free to ask if you have any further queries.
Thank You.
Hello,
All the three colleges are equally good it would be better if you choose IIIT Gwalior. It is the oldest IIIT and it has a very good placement record. It is a very big campus and it has a very good environment. Since the college is old it has the best and well experienced professors and faculty for different departments. It is totally funded by MHRD.
IIIT Lucknow is a new campus and it is established in 2015 so it does not have much recognition. The placements are good in IIIT Lucknow.
CSE in DTU is almost equal to IIIT Gwalior as it is one of the top colleges in Delhi.
Hope this helps you.
Hello,
To get an admission in DTU you need to get minimum 97-98% marks in JEE Mains. Then you get a rank around 15-30k. DTU gives admission to students based on JAC Counselling. But the admissions depend on the number of students applying for it and the number of seats available according to different branches. You can check the cutoff of DTU from the below link:
