There are two kinds of caste certificate one is issued by Central government and other by state government. If you have a central government OBC certificate then it is applicable in Delhi technological university (DTU). OBC certificate can provide you benefits in many examniation but now a days the cutoff for general and OBC are almost same,  for availing the benefits of obc category, one have to produce to obc ncl certificate. Also note that, obc category certificate is only valid for one year.

Add you haven't mentioned your state, so I am assuming that you belong from outside delhi region.
Now, of you want to pursue software engineering in DTU, hein obc category, then your CRL rank must be around 13000 and from obc category your rank must be around 5000. Last year the highest cutoff in Dtu for software engineering for other state obc candidates on the basis of their crl ranks was 13420.
So, for securing this much rank your percentile score must be around 98.8 percentile. And your marks should be around 130 to get software engineering in dtu.

If you want a good branch in dtu or nsut Delhi, then your rank must be approximately under 5000 ( till round 5 ) in ews category for other state students.

And for getting rank under your percentile score must be above 96.5 percentile.
And for getting above 96.5 percentile your marks have to atleast more than 110. And if you want top branches like cse or information technology, then try to score atleast 150 marks. And for that secure at least 99 percentile.

Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as General or Open category. Now let me make you clear that CSE course is not there in DTU instead there is COE (Computer Engineering).

For admission in BBA and for Delhi technological university you have to look at this eligible criteria:

• You must have scored at least 50% marks in 12th Board Examination from a recognized Board and must also have passed English (Core/Elective/Functional) as a subject in the 12th Board Examination.
• You can fill the form on the official website for admission process.
• Admission to BA (H) Economics and BBA courses offered by USME is based on the performance in qualifying examination.
• The merit list will be drawn on the basis of total scores of best 4 subjects including English as a subject.

For admission in Indira Gandhi technical university for women you have to follow the criteria given as follows:

• 10+2 with 50%
• Merit based admission for BBA courses.

Admissions into NSIT and DTU for B,Tech Course is through JEE Mains exam. There is no separate examination for them, the only required condition is that you get the desired rank for the course you wish to pursue.
