First of all congrats for securing 824 rank in GEEE 2019 . As per my knowledge students below 1k ranks are eligible for cse department for subject wise marks you have to contact administral or managerial department of GEEE , they will ask for appication then they may provide you but chances are less :)

For the  2017 pass out batch more then 250 companies visited , now you may feel like its more then any college in india but what could i do, its the truth.

Every student who registerd got placed.

There were companies who were non cs/it core and the ratio was like in 250 they were probably 60 0r 70 companies (NOT PERCENT).

While you will enetr in 3rd year you will have internship option in over 50 to 70 companies.

Now what else you want.

companies visiting campus were having average pacakage og 3 lacks and as time goes it goes down to 2.4 lacks.

some companies of pacakage >8 lacks also visited but few was selected ,now you may decide.

For CSE, Jaypee institute of Information Technology , Noida will be a better option. It has slightly better placements and infrastructure . It is one of the best engineering colleges in India. The plus point iof Galgotias university is that it has lower fees. Galgotias is a state university whereas Jaypee is a Deemed one. All the best!

As per your rank in ComedK 2019, you can get a seat in both CMR College and Cambridge Institute of Technology. Both of these are far better than Galgotias University, Noida in every aspect. If you do not have any branch preference towards CSE and IT (which are not available in both the universities as per your ComedK rank), you can choose either of the ComedK university. I would suggest you to go for a btech in banasthali vidyapeeth. It has well maintained environment friendly campus secured through boundary wall of 8000 acre area. Well maintained hostels. Superb quality food in the college campus canteens. Well decored Hi-Tech labrotary rooms. Well equipped training and placement cell.

In my opinion going by the parameters like Placements and Infrastructure I would rank the above as follows :-

1. Galgotias University
2. Chandigarh University
3. GLA University

If the rank and the scores you're mentioning are for the UPSEE exam then you have good chances of getting into Galgotias Institute of Management and Technology. Their closing rank lies somewhere near 3600 for all the branches but since you have a quite decent rank you can expect a call from the college. 

As galgotias college of  engineering and technology comes under AKTU and it was established in 1999 and it's most popular also

And you will be glad to know that most of the colleges of Aktu give admission in two modes 

1- mode as per the rank obtained in upsee 

2 - direct admission 

85% of the seats are reserved for upsee and remaining 15% seats are management quota seats 

If u have scored 144 marks  then you can expect your rank between 50001 to 90000 at this rank  you can not expect your admission in galgotias college by counseling unless you are from reserved category however you can go for management seats

Faculty is highly qualified , frank and supportive. They will guide you well for future scopes of your course

Keep up your grades to get placed in a decent job.Take your lectures seriously ,if u have any problem wd a subject or faculty you can talk to dean or other faculties.

It is a good place to pursue your undergraduation.
