As far as I know if you have a valid category certificate issued by your state government it won't cause you a problem at the time of reservation in the counseling. As the category certificate issue by the state authorities are valid at All India level as well.

I will suggest you to contact at the university helpdesk regarding your concern as it's better to be clear before the counseling starts. But I don't think there will be any problem .

see cutoff score changes every year , it depends on certain factors like overall performance of candidates, students category, choice of stream, seat matrix. based on previous years analysis you have tough chances for any colleges under IPUCET in GNGNO category. however to participate in the counselling process and lets see whats come around.

There are more than 10,000 people who give the IPU-CET. After you get the results, you can sit in the counseling for the subject you desire. As for the seats in English honors at IPU, there are a total of 52 seats.

The procedure for selection is as follows:

• The selection for admission to the MBBS Course in HIMSR shall be based strictly on basis of All India overall rank obtained in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET) 2020 conducted by the Board of Examinations. The online counselling for admission will be done by the Directorate General of Health Services.
• They must read Notices posted from time to time and Frequently asked questions displayed on the website of Medical Counselling Committee of DGHS, Govt. Of India. Institute will comply with orders from MCI & DGHS in all the matters related to admission and counselling.
• The selected candidates shall have to undergo a medical examination by a Medical Board set up by the HIMSR, consisting of Faculty members of the Institute. If, in the assessment of the Medical Board, a candidate is found medically unfit will be informed to DGHS and decision of the DGHS in this regard shall be final.
