Whenever any authority is officially announcing the rank list and they mention both your general rank and your category rank, that means that your admission will be based on your category rank only. The common rank list is prepared first to show your real weightage and then the category rank is created. 

At this rank you might get your choice of branch.

you need to score 170+ marks in jee main and atleast 75% marks in 10+2 to get a seat in iiit delhi. however your percentile is good. generally cse branches get highest cutoff as most of the students opted for cse.

Your sub-category is OBGNO - OBC outside Delhi region. With this sub-category reservation, according to last year's closing ranks,for each department, you need :

CSE - 11429

CSAM 15768

CSD 15982

CSB 16537

CSSS 16261

ECE 17366

As you can see, you need to be in the 95th percentile (OBC rank 13000) to get into the college of your choice.

You may get rank around 20-22 thousand and with this rank you can get admission in many government colleges ( you will easily get admission in good NIT s ; DTU and NSIT;). depending upon your exact rank ; state and category branch may vary.

You can see last year's cut off and have a reference of it.

Now taking your Delhi quota and EWS under consideration there are high chances of getting a decent seat in DTU and NSIT but in IIITD it is a bit tough.

In DTU you may get these branches: Bio-Tech, Civil, EE, Engineering Physics, Environmental Engineering, Polymer, Mecha Automotive, Production. You can even get CS in spot round.

In NSIT there are fair chances of getting: Bio-Tech, I&C, Manufacturing, Mecha.

The exam syllabus and pattern for IIIT Delhi's entrance exam for admission to M.Tech program will be similar to GATE, kindly visit the links shared below for detailed information on admissions process and exam syllabus
