Most probably you will get a seat in IIITD  with the given rank but not sure that you will get the CSE or CSAM branch .AS you  have written that you are not looking forward for any particular  branch so you will get the admission in the institute

Yes there are few State level government colleges which might give you admission, but those won't help you in the long run.  Because taking admission with 45 marks in JEE Main doesn't make any sense. Better would be you go for any private college or just repeat.

as in iiit delhi 80% of seats will be reserved for delhi students and remaining seats will be given to outside of the delhi students i suggest you to prefer for other best colleges thank you

You have scored an average rank in jee main but i think you'll be able to get admission very easily as if we have a look on previous year cut off in general you need to score below 50k to get into NITs and below 20k to get into top NITs with you desired branch but you might have to compromise with teh choice of your branch as you might not be able to get the core branches in top NITs but you'll get them in the nits of slightly low ranking hoever there are many private and other government colleges that are linked with jee main you can easily get admission into them. you can see what colleges you might get with this rank with the help of our jee main college predictor you just need to enter your rank your category,your home state and your desired branches and you're good to go and you can even have a look on previous year cut offs of NITs and other colleges. No it is impossible to get it .Because DTU is one of the top iNstitute of india you need around 200 marks in gen .If you are category then also it is not possible.Go for sone private college.use predictor

there are very less chances that you will get admission in any of the colleges under JAC as you are not from delhi. delhi candidates can get admission at your marks.

First of all, I could not understand your query, still, I would like to answer by making some assumptions:-

Do you need IIIT M.Tech  application link form? If yes then it is here  https://admissions.iiitd.ac.in/mtech/register.php 

If you want someone else to fill your form then you have to provide him all required documents.

IIIT Delhi and IIIT Pune offer admission on the basis of marks scored by candidates in JEE main exam.

JEE Main result will be declared by CBSE on April 30.
