Hello Ganesh ,
The minimum eligibility criteria for admission in undergraduate courses in Institute of chemical technology in Mumbai is to pass 10 +2 level examination from any recognized board. The admission procedure for B.Pharm are selected on the basis of MHT CET followed by the counseling of DTE , Maharashtra.Hope this information is helpful and good luck.
It would be easier to get seat in ICT if you are from Maharashtra as 70% seat are reserved for students from Maharashtra and 30% are filled by other state students. There is 5% relaxation for SC/ST students.
You have to score around 170 marks in JEE Main to get seat in ICT.
Chemical cutoff for JEE Main in 2018:
round 1: 192 marks
round 2: 187 marks
round 3: 179 marks
round 4: 156 marks

Hey Aspirant, congratulations on clearing GATE 2019.
You have managed to get a considerable score in Gate 2019 in Chemical engineering for the general category but it is not good enough to get you into some good old IITs.
Also, the chances of getting into ICT are very low.
Most of the IITs require above 500 scores for admission in M.tech in chemical engineering.
You can look for NITs as you can have a better chance there.
You can also check the previous year cutoffs of various colleges on the link below:
