Hello Abhisekh,
Based on this your JEE Main rank the chances are very less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs but you can try for the state level counselling. To know your admission possibilities in state level colleges, You can also use JEE Main College Predictor tool given below to know your other admission possibilities.

Scholarships as such are not there but if you're getting these colleges then go for an education loan and in the 4 years of your college try to participate in as many competitions as you can so you can earn something and at the same time improve your CV. Check out for dare to compete. There you can get legions of competitions for engineering students. Moreover the colleges you mentioned have great placements so you'll de get a good job.
All the very best
Dear Nari,
Congratulations on you GPA in SSC examination. But this GPA has nothing to do with admissions into IIITs. For getting admission into any of the IIITs, you have to first finish your higher secondary, write your public exams, and then appear for Joint Entrance Examination(JEE)Main. It is based on this exam that admissions take place. So as of now, get ready for the next two years and gear yourself up!
As a third year B-tech student i have spent two years on campus and want to share my honest experience. Our college boasts a spacious and well maintained campus spread across around 30 acres. The main academic block are clean and fully functional with essential labs and new tech ,modern classrooms equipped with projectors and comfort seating there are also designated seminar halls and conference rooms on the ground floor of academic block. The academic block is mainly divided into 3 blocks, Block A, B and C including a very large and useful library in B block. Hostels are very close to academic block most of the hostel blocks consist of 9 floors each floor consists of 7 rooms with 6 three student rooms and 1 four student room. there is also single room hostels from second year but limited entries depending on CGPA of students. Hostel Mess is inside the hostel in ground and 1st floors. There is also a college canteen, Nescafe outlet (functioning up to 2 am ) and a stationary store inside campus. Whole campus including hostels is equipped with high speed WIFI up to a speed of 350mbps. The campus and hostels are maintained clean and tidy .Food is not the best and non native students find it difficult to maintain but there are other options plenty because mess fee is weekly and optional.
College infrastructure is overall good as it's just 23 acres but it is well maintained. All the required classes and labs are present in the academic block area. We have a large sports ground for football and cricket also.
College infrastructure is quite good there is lot of greenery in our college. Building are a bit old. Rooms are okayish i would say(enough for a person) college is small, it extends upto 30 acres. Overall it is not much bad
