hello sai, IIIT Kottayam is one of the top IIITs. You got a decent rank but getting admission into a core branch there will be slightly difficult as previous year trends shows that core branches get filled in OBC rank 8000. But you can get non-core branches easily like Mechanical & Civil. Wait till the final round of counselling that can fetch you a core branch also.

Dear aspirant, there are no chances of getting NIT and IISER Durgapur and IIIT Kolkata for your rank based on previous years cutoffs. Also apply for Private colleges. Below links provides you with the colleges which accepts JEE Mains rank.

Hello Akhilesh, No, you won't get any of the IITs, NITs, IIITs because you need to be around 30,000-40,000 rank which is around 95% percentile if you want to secure a seat in the low branches at least. IIT accept students who score about 6,000-7,000 rank which would be around 98% percentile. I would suggest you go to private universities if you can afford it.

According to your percentile in jee mains 2019,your general rank will be close to 1.1lakh and you have very less chance to get seat in any good NIT or IIIT but you may get seat in lower NITs like-

You have a score which may not help for a seat in NIT. But there is one hope in case you are the home quota candidate for OBC-NCL category in NIT Hamirpur. Last year there was a candidate which qualified for 38348. The closing rank would vary for different reasons like paper difficulty, rank, seats so please do not rely on this. Actually, it's the first time that under EWS quota 10% seats are reserved for General category students of Economically Weaker section.
So there is no previous year data or clear trends of that but still if you look into NIT Jaipur, there are around 41 seats in Home state quota of civil engineering and 43 gender neutral seats for Other State Quota , so there would be only 5-6 seats going to be in EWS quota so cutoff depends on how many students sit for JOSSA under EWS quotes, but still you have fewer chances , but fill the JOSSA .

College Infrastructure
As a third year B-tech student i have spent two years on campus and want to share my honest experience. Our college boasts a spacious and well maintained campus spread across around 30 acres. The main academic block are clean and fully functional with essential labs and new tech ,modern classrooms equipped with projectors and comfort seating there are also designated seminar halls and conference rooms on the ground floor of academic block. The academic block is mainly divided into 3 blocks, Block A, B and C including a very large and useful library in B block. Hostels are very close to academic block most of the hostel blocks consist of 9 floors each floor consists of 7 rooms with 6 three student rooms and 1 four student room. there is also single room hostels from second year but limited entries depending on CGPA of students. Hostel Mess is inside the hostel in ground and 1st floors. There is also a college canteen, Nescafe outlet (functioning up to 2 am ) and a stationary store inside campus. Whole campus including hostels is equipped with high speed WIFI up to a speed of 350mbps. The campus and hostels are maintained clean and tidy .Food is not the best and non native students find it difficult to maintain but there are other options plenty because mess fee is weekly and optional.
Overall college life here is not too much but good.

College Infrastructure
College infrastructure is overall good as it's just 23 acres but it is well maintained. All the required classes and labs are present in the academic block area. We have a large sports ground for football and cricket also.

College Infrastructure
College infrastructure is quite good there is lot of greenery in our college. Building are a bit old. Rooms are okayish i would say(enough for a person) college is small, it extends upto 30 acres. Overall it is not much bad
