I am sorry to say but with 32000 obc rank it's not possible to get into any IIIT as the closing rank for obc for IIITs is around 15k.

Also if we talk about GFTIs it's not possible to get CSE with your rank. 

Yes you can apply for some good private institutes that accept Jee main rank.

Yes! You have a chance of getting IIIT Bangalore. But you don't have a chance of getting top branches like cse/ece.

You have got very good percentile in JEE Mains Exam. Since you have Home State quota and being female your chance of getting Admission in IIIT Surat are very high. The admission also depends on the Category . If you are from a reserved category you will definitely get the Admission.

To be honest, nothing can be said with utmost surerity. The situation you are in is quite unpredictable. You can get Information technology in special round(40% chance).

However, keep searching for alternatives, don't rely upon just one college.

According to your rank in jee mains 2019 ,you have very very less chance to get seat in computer science engineering in any NIT and IIIT as your rank for CSE is very high  .

The admission to NITs, IIITs and GFTIs occur through JoSAA counselling. You need to register for counselling in order to consider for the admission to these institutes. Computer science branch is provided in many NITs. The admission occurs by considering the JoSAA rank list.
