Yes you have good chance of getting CSE in IIIT Hyderabad

In 2018 IIIT Hyderabad CSE closed at AIR 1215 After its final round.

IIIT hyderabad also admits students as per jee mains score. last year cse went around 255 while ece went around 210. at 5259 rank you have less chances for cse but you have 50-50 chances for ece but you may expect certain changes this year in the closing marks beacause of the new percentile system.
