As you know that cut off for IIIT Hyderabad goes around 280 marks which gives a rank of around 1000 .

Therefore you should get a minimum of 99.0 percentile to be sure to get admission in IIIT Hyderabad .

IIIT hyderabad is best for Computer science and engineering .But with you JEE mains score its difficult for you to get if you are not from reserved category and is a home state candidate.

With your this JEE score you can easily get Amity .As this is one of the best private institution ,you can join it as well.

For taking admission in IIIT HYDERABAD you have to secure rank under 1500-2000 ( or even better depending upon demand and other students preference ).

So with this rank it is difficult to get admission in it.

The minimum JEE percentile to get into the IIITs is 98.9(let's round it off to 99 percentile) 

For any of the reserved categories, it'd be no less than 95 percentile.  

Hence, you'd not be landing up in any of the IITs. Apply for other entrance exams for securing a seat in better colleges.
