congrats to your son as he has scored 99.50 percentile in jee mains,bbut am sorry to inform you that he wont be able to get IIIT HYDERDARABAD.however these are not fianl they are based on previous years cutoffs and analysis.lets hope for the best to happen to us.

also he would be getting IIT HYD,IIIT NAGPUR,IIIT SRI CITY,AND MANY OTHER TOP INSTITUES.

You can't get any NIT or IIITH as you are not qualified for the exam . the cut off's are :

See getting into a best college like IIIT HYDERABAD is always good for an individual to pursue his career in the btech. If ur marks are above 260 in the JEE MAINS then u would be easily getting a seat in that college to pursue ur higher studies in the field of he interest under btech courses. Hi Akash, you can definitely apply for cse in IIIT Hyderabad with a rank of 7000 in JEE mains. You have a good chance of getting selected too. I hope you have considered your other options too as you can also get an IIT provided you do well in your JEE advanced.
