see you can only choose the stream or course you want to study for, however in jadavpur campus most of the courses of engineering stream and bachelors courses  is available, but some of the engineering stream has classes and set up is in salt lake campus, so if your chosen  stream has classes and lab facility is in salt lake campus then you need to go for that campus only.

The minimum age requirement for WBJEE 2021 is 17 years as on December 31, 2021 candidate must have born on or before December 31, 2004.There is no upper age limit.The upper age limit is 25 years for Marine Engineering.(0% seats are reserved for candidates belonging to West Bengal in Jadavpur University remaining 10% seats are reserved for candidates belonging to other states.So he is eligible for WBJEE 2021.

185 Marks = 1 to 20 ranks.

180 Marks = 20 to 80 ranks.

175 Marks = 80 to 130 ranks.

170 Marks = 130 to 200 ranks.

130 to 100= 201 to 350 ranks.

At least you need 160 to 170 to get ranked in 150 or less.

And a rank of under 150 will be enough for you to get CSE in JU.

Hello student I believe its not fair to compare two examination of same level which is more hard or easy the syllabus of both the entrance examination is same you need to prepare for both of them and practice a lot of question so that you'll learn new concepts and solve them as fast as possible.

The average placement of Jadavpur University for CS graduate engineers is around 8-10 Lakh per annum, placement may vary from student to student on the basis of their academic qualifications and skills.

If you get a chance to chose between these two college then go for jadavpur university without any second thought.

As jadavpur is one the best college in the  nation and far better than any nit on the basis of education placement fees etc.

In Jadavpur University 90% seats are reserved for home state candidates and remaining 10% seats are reserved for candidates from other states.You can get admission in Jadavpur University.You must have qualified in WBJEE to be eligible to get admission.

jadavpur University is the popular University comes in the top 15 University of India that offers you course BTech in less fee, total fees for BTech Computer Science and Engineering is 9600 where you will have to pay 2400 rupees per year as tuition fee apart from this fee you will have to give 2500 rupees as refundable charges and other things 60 to 70 rupees will be for the examination fee per semester, along with hostel charges will cost you thousand rupees per year.

See, admission in VIT does not offer admission through JEE mains. Admission in VIT is completely based on VITEEE entrance exam.
For Jadhavpur University you will have to appear in West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam (Wbjee).You will have to get rank under 100 in wbjee for admission in JU.

see it depends on which course you want to pursue, for bachelors degree like bsc, bcom, ba admission is based on 10+2 score or written test conducts by university. for admission in engineering course, you need to appear in wbjeeb or jee main exam, however only 15% seats are reserve for admission through jee main score.
