Candidates from other states can get admission in private colleges only in West Bengal.As you belong to other state you cannot get admission in government universities or colleges in West Bengal through WBJEE.So you need to consider taking admission in private colleges.

Yes. of course you can.All you need is a valid GATE score and you should  fit the eligibility criteria given below :
You must have secured at least average Grade point  of (GPA) 6.75 (60%) of you are General Candidate.

If you are from SC/ST/PWD/Sports Quota then you should have Grade point 5.25 (45%)
In both the cases you must need to have qualified GATE or GPAT.

No. You would need WBJEE rank alongside NATA for the counselling. Only then can you opt for your preference in B.Arch.
NATA scorecard is mandatory during the counselling for securing a seat in the B.Arch programme in Jadavpur University.
For admission in Jadavpur University architecture department WBJEE GMR(General Merit Rank ) is necessary along with qualification in NATA. That means only NATA score is not enough for admission in B.Arch , you must appear or have had appeared in WBJEE and secured a good rank.
