Yes you are eligible for decentralized counselling in Jadhavpur University. Anyone who has given WBJEE and has a valid rank and admit card is eligible for spot round. 

This year around 197 seats are vacant in UG courses. So you can seek admission in course of your choice. And it has nothing to do with first counselling round.

The De-Centralized counseling for admission into Degree level Engineering & Technology courses in the eight Govt. Colleges of West Bengal if the seats remaining vacant after three rounds of e-counseling in 2019. The De-Centralized counseling mainly held on the mid of August that is on the second week. The date may change due to counseling started this year was a bit late.

At first, visit the WEBJEE home page. Follow the Links box which is present on the left side of the home page Click on Decentralized Counselling. After that, check the Decentralized Counselling guidelines of eight Govt. Engineering / Technology Colleges. WBJEEB Decentralized Counselling Schedule will be released soon.  To check out the official date please visit to the official site. Keep an eye on the left side of the notice board. They will release the date very soon.

B pharma also known as Bachelor of Pharmacy is a 4 year undergraduate course. It is approved by PCI.

As asked by you, the Jadavpur University in Kolkata provides this course. Total fee for the course is 9.60k. There are a total of 100 seats for the course.

The registration dates for 2019 were upto February 28, 2019 and Entrance test was to be taken in May 2019.

Hii,Look the eligibility for admission is a min of 50% in deploma. Once you get that much you will be allowed to sit for jeelet. For admission only your jeelet rank will be considered. No special weightage to your percentage during deploma.The no of seets though vary year to year.So you have to bag a higher rank for JU else you have to go for JGEC.Like for instance one of my friends got rank 1 in jeelat civil engineering but there were no vacant seets this yr in the civil dept of JU. So he had to take admission in construction engineering.
