Considering your home state as west bengal you have very little chance to get into Jadavpur University .You have little chance to get into Jadavpur UNiversity in B.Arch. Here I am providing you some options you can go for with your WBJEE rank :

Let me tell dont look through placements of the college bcz it wouldn't be same every time where as look through interest in which you have, anyway now as per the trends the IT has very ample opportunities for the placements comparatively to ECE any way its same with jadhvapur as well
